20 Amp circuit breaker required.  145 lbs.  82 degree maximum operating temperature, use is a air conditioned area.  It is highly recommended to purchase a maximum of two bags of mix, this is a 110 volt machine.  Not a 220 volt unit like at a restaurant.  Will make 2- 4oz servings per minute.  Evaporator and Mix Reservoir Capacity is 7 Quarts. Very easy to clean. Air cooled.

We Sell the vanilla powder soft serve ice cream mix. Each bag of soft serve mix is rated to make 120, 1/2 cup servings.  Create a unique flavor of soft serve and substitute different liquids for the water. Some examples are cold coffee or juice.
