Summer months the Daily rate is 24 hours, there are a couple of exceptions to the rule.  Saturdays we're open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If you pick it up before 2 PM on Saturday, and return by 8:30 AM that following Monday will be a 1.5 day rate.  If you pick up at 2 PM on Saturday and return by 8:30 AM on Monday it is the 1 day rate.  We are open on Sundays in June from 8 AM - 11 AM.  During June any daily rentals on Saturday bewteen the hours of 8 AM - 11 AM are a day rate due back at the same time on Sunday.

Winter months we are open from 9 AM to 3 PM on Monday and Wednesday - Friday, we are closed on Tuesday and Sunday.  Pick up the equipment between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM Saturday afternoon (up to 1 hour before we close), return by 9:30 AM Monday morning for a 1 day rate.  If picked up before or dropped off after pick up and drop off times there will be additional charges.  Equipment with hour meters are allowed up to 8 hours run time on daily rentals.  Monday before 2:00 PM until Wednesday at 8:30 are the 1.5 day rate.  Monday pick up after 2:00 PM until Wednesday at 9:30 AM are just the daily rate.

Overnight rate

On weekday nights we have what we call the “overnight rate”.  Pick up the equipment up to 1 hour before we close.  Return up to one hour after we open.  If equipment has an hour meter, up to 3 hours run time allowed.  If picked up before the 1 hour mark or dropped off after the 1 hour mark it will be considered a day rate.  This does not apply to holidays.  For most construction and homeowner equipment this will be a 3 hour rental rate.
