MOVING TRUCK RENTAL POLICY

Time Periods

Friday 8am to 4pm Friday

Friday 4pm to 8am Saturday

Saturday 8am to 4pm Saturday

Saturday 4pm to 12pm Sunday

Sunday 12pm to 8am Monday

Truck

16'- $30.00 per Time Period + 0.64 per Mile

Reservations

We do require a credit card down at time of reservation.

Cancellation or Changes

If you want to cancel or modify any truck reservation we must be contacted 1 week prior to reservation pick up date and time. Failure to notify us in this time frame will result in a cancellation fee. (charged for the time periods reserved) If the van is reserved for multiple time periods and the van is returned early, you are still charged for the time periods it was reserved for.

Insurance

We offer an optional damage waiver at $16 per time period. If you opt to decline on the damage wavier you must bring in valid proof of full coverage insurance.

Fuel

The truck comes full of fuel and needs to be returned full.

At the time of Rental we require the following (everything must be in the drivers name. )

-Valid Drivers License

-pre-pay time period(s)

-Credit Card (Pre-Authorize for a minimum amount of $150, this will vary depending on the number of time periods rented)

-Proof of Auto Insurance
