To ensure that you’ll not be charged a cleaning fee, equipment must be returned clean (well rinsed, no visible food or grease) and repacked in their appropriate container, or a Cleaning charge will be applied. Glassware and Cups MUST BE returned empty and inverted (upside down) in correct rack “dishwasher ready” or you will be charged a fee.
