Holds up to 10 lbs of chocolate.  10 pounds of chocolate will serve 100 people.  This is a 23 inch, three tiered commercial fountain. Removable Basin for Easy Cleaning. Must use a minimum of 6 lbs of chocolate to start.  We sell the chocolate for this fountain. Melting time 35-60 minutes.

Expected to be returned in clean condition (no visible food), repacked in the SAME container and condition it was received in (except normal wear & tear).

CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN TIPS

1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS FOUNTAIN. 

2.The fountain must be level to operate properly.

Must use a minimum of 6lbs of chocolate. Suggested amount to begin event is 9lbs. Will handle up to 10lbs of chocolate. We sell the chocolate for this fountain

CHOCOLATE PREPARATION

We strongly encourage you to use Sephra Fondue Chocolate. Sephra chocolate is specially formulated with the proper viscosity to flow perfectly through the fountain every time.

Before using the chocolate, store it in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze or refrigerate it as moisture affects the chocolate’s consistency.

Melt chocolate directly in the fountain basin, in a double boiler, or in its microwavable bags (recommended) according to the instructions on the bags.

WHEN MICROWAVING CHOCOLATE, ALWAYS USE HALF-POWER TO PREVENT SCORCHING.

Melting chocolate directly in the fountain basin takes approximately 35–45 minutes. Add chocolate 1-2 pounds at a time to expedite the melting process. Stir chocolate every 2-3 minutes, scraping it from the basin with a spatula as you go, to prevent scorching. Milk and White chocolate are more susceptible to scorching so be sure to stir more frequently (every 2-2.5 minutes) and use appropriate temperature settings.
