40 QUART STOCK POT
Constructed of premium 18/8, 18 Gauge stainless steel, this pot has a triply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding an aluminum core. The result is cookware that spreads heat rapidly and evenly providing higher efficiency and reduction of hot spots, which can cause food to burn or cook unevenly. Stock Pot Stove is available for rent an additional charge. Typically used for cooking soups or stock and boiling. Great for boiling sweet corn!! Comes with basket and lid.
